Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in significant changes in the production routines of television news. Such reframings can also be seen in sports journalism presented on TV. With the stoppage of many sports activities, the journalists covering this area had to reinvent themselves every day. Thus, based on the importance of the work of professionals working in telejournalism, this article has as the main focus to analyze Spectacular Sport from the perspective of addressing mode, with emphasis on one of the four analysis operators proposed by Gomes (2007): the mediators. The research is exploratory and observational.
