Abstract

The present article intends to reflect about work processes of social workers, specifically in the psychology area. It’s focused on the construction of this making, by investing in relationships, searching on art, anthropology and other areas guiding elements of this process. The implication of this professional is also considered raw material to create an ambience that helps to achieve objectives of the Social Assistance policy.

Marilu Goulart é psicóloga, mestre em educação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul na linha de pesquisa Filosofias da diferença, Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação-PPGEDU. Atualmente é coordenadora do Centro de Referência de Assistência Social da Fundação de Assistência Social e Cidadania da Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre.
