A rede de ITCPs – passado, presente e alguns desafios para o futuro

Resumen

O artigo contextualiza historicamente e descreve o surgimento das incubadoras tecnológicas de cooperativas populares nas universidades brasileiras, bem como da rede que nasceu juntamente com elas (REDE DE ITCPs), a partir de meados dos anos 90; indica as características principais do trabalho das incubadoras e os princípios e debates teórico-metodológicos, que acompanham as ações das incubadoras; analisa as formas de financiamento e o funcionamento do programa governamental, que constitui a principal fonte de recursos das incubadoras; por fim, perscruta as ameaças, os desafios e as oportunidades com que as incubadoras se defrontam hoje, passados mais de dez anos da fundação de sua Rede.

The ITCPs network - past, present and some challenges for the future

Abstract: The ar ticle analyzes and describes the historical emergence of technology incubators of popular cooperatives in Brazilian universities, as well as the network that was born along with them (ITCPs NETWORK) from the mid-90; it also indicates the main characteristics of the work of incubators and the principles and theoretical and methodological debates that follow the actions of incubators; it analyzes forms of financing and operation of the government program, which is the main source of funding of incubators; And finally, the article examines the threats, challenges and opportunities that incubators face nowadays after more than ten years of the foundation of the network.
