Mass Culture, Law, Rock.Abstract
The work aims to investigate the possibilities of studies between law and “mass culture”, whose chosen exponent was rock. Understanding culture as a field of symbolic meanings, we believe it is possible to propose a fertile dialogue between the two themes (law and mass culture). Understanding rock’s relationship with the society in which it operates, we try to point out the possibility of it and identify critical social aspirations and visions of the law. This is a study that aims to launch the debate the relationship between popular culture and society, and how these relationships could be used by the law.
