Contributions of Information Technology in the Processes of Human Resources in an enterprise of footwear segment

In face of the changes and needs that the organizations aim at in terms of strategy, the Human Resources area has conquered its space to adapt to new trends when it combines Information Technology, showing ways most appropriate and rapid in the industry processes. This work aims to report how the Information Technology has made the most strategic human resources processes in a large footwear company located in the region of the Vale do Rio dos Sinos. The focus of this study is to point out the importance and the advantages that technology can offer to the company's human resources, reporting limitations, benefits and the solutions found with the inclusion of the technology and suggestion of improvement to internal processes. The methodology used is the descriptive research, through bibliographical analysis, case study and observation, with a qualitative approach, which took place through semi-structured interviews. The main results found were the advantages pointed out by the company researched for the use of a system for optimization of the area and this demonstrates that the technology is quite favorable for the e-HR processes.Downloads
