This study aims to investigate the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of women of the military police, based on the model of Walton (1973). The research is quantitative, descriptive and the data collection occurred through survey along the 81 women military police. . We used the multiple linear regression type for analysis of the data. The category best evaluated was Social Integration of the Organization and the lowest average presented was the Fair and Appropriate Compensation.Downloads
