O trabalho problematiza o processo de formação desenvolvido no Curso de Pedagogia, no que diz respeito à Educação de Jovens e Adultos, examinando as relações entre saberes acadêmicos da formação e saberes da experiência, a partir de dados em entrevistas com alunos do Curso de Pedagogia de instituições de ensino superior situadas na Grande Porto Alegre/RS, buscando identificar a que necessidades os saberes desenvolvidos na academia respondem.

Abstract
This paper examines the formation process developed by the Pedagogic Program related to Young and Adult education emphasizing the relationships between formation academic knowledges and experiences knowledges, based on interview data with students of the Pedagogic Program of Universities located in the metropolitan area of Porto Alegre/RS, seeking to identify to wich needs the knowledges developed in the academic world answer to.
