Municipal secretaries and interpersonal relationships of its management team in a city of Mato Grosso

This research aims to characterize the perception of municipal secretaries regarding the interpersonal relationships of its management team, in a town hall in the state of Mato Grosso. In the research was used the technique of open interview with exploratory purpose, used for the detailing of 07 guided dimensions, such as: management of interpersonal relationships; organizational behavior; workload; teamwork; material support; appreciation of the work; and expectation of employment. The questions were answered in an informal conversation, with minimum interference from the interviewer. At the end, the research was conducted by the NVivo software to make the analysis of discourse. The data were analyzed qualitatively using the technique of discourse analysis. This study enabled us to describe how it characterizes the management of 06 Secretariats evaluated, being the subject of research managers responsible for each Secretariat searched. It can be concluded that managers work valuing the teamwork to the ongoing management elapse effectively being provided to most servers, fulfillment, freedom, autonomy and room for career development.
