Abstract

The coaching is a process for an increase of performance that has attracted a number expressive of peoples, thus becoming, key piece how differential competitive in relation the other companies. This work objective checks the effectiveness of the program, through of one research that search collect information about the perception of customers of coaching. About the procedure methodological, this research is classified how a study exploratory, of level quantitative-qualitative, fulfilled by means of interviews with participants of programs of coaching of one companies service provide, located in the city of Lajeado, Rio Grande do Sul, seeking out analyze and measure the performance increase of individuals.
