Academic traineeship: an investigation with Administration course students

The following text presents the results of a theoretical, empirical and legislation study about paid academic traineeship, understood as a possibility of learning and acquisition of income by the students. The conceptual and normative rescue help to understand traineeship and its specificities. Field research, conducted in May 2016, enabled the obtained primary data from university students of the Administration Course at Unicentro, a public university located in the State of Paraná, using a semi-structured questionnaire. The results point to the importance of the internship in the formation and professional insertion, although they also reveal the need to improve its use.
