Abstract

This Research was focused in the measurement of an incidence of a learning strategy based on used of educational technologies in the pragmatic competence in English, through a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design, which took part in a sample of 10th grade students from a school in the rural sector in Montería city, Colombia. The results revealed better levels of appropriation in the pragmatic competence with the experimental group and determined criteria of effective application of digital resources in the learning processes of the English language.

E. Morales. Nacido en Montería, Colombia en el año de 1983. Licenciado en Informática y Medios Audiovisuales de la Universidad de Córdoba en el año 2010. Especialista en Informática Educativa de la Universidad de Santander y aspirante a Magíster en educación de Universidad de Córdoba. Docente de básica secundaria en la Institución pública Santa Isabel.  Investigador en el área de la enseñanza con tecnologías educativas y Gestor TIC de la alcaldía de Montería desde el año 2012
