Context of practice: analysis of the public educational public management specialization policy of the national public administration training program

This article proposes to analyze the context of practice in the production of the National Program of Training in Public Administration at the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology of Paraíba. Qualitative, the study included semi-structured interviews and analysis of institutional documents. There were important repercussions related to the organizational learning in Distance Education acquired with the program, however, noting the need for it to become state policy in order to ensure stability and continuity to the courses offered.
