The motivation and its impact on the work performance of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network, Chincheros

The purpose of this research was to determine the incidence of motivation in the work performance of the administrative personnel of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network, Chincheros-Apurimac, by means of the quantitative method, with a non-experimental, transversal, correlational, causal logical scheme. The results showed that motivation has a significant influence (p<0.01) on work performance, whose general values are: r=0.516** and r2= 0.2662. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the motivation of the collaborators of the administration of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network in order to increase their work performance.
