Abstract

This research aimed to raise the perception of future graduates of the Administration course of a Brazilian federal university about the management of gender diversity in organizations. Twelve in-depth interviews were conducted for data collection, using the content analysis technique for analysis. From the results, it was concluded that, despite understanding the inequality between men and women in the business environment and being aware of the urgency of implementing new management practices, the students interviewed have not yet overcome the limiting mental models involving gender issue.
