Based on the premise that housing is a right, the country's housing deficit and the importance of the media in shaping public opinion, it is intended, through the systematization of articles in pre-selected media, to analyze the story about Carmen Silva, leader of the Movement Center Homeless. To achieve the objectives, after theoretical foundation on this right and its biography, terms were selected for quantitative and qualitative recurrence analysis. The article aims to contribute to the legitimation of social movements.Downloads
