Humanist hermeneutics, judicial ethics and Bangalore principles: elements of a structuring regulation

Abstract

Faced with the "humanistic challenge" enunciated by jurists, philosophers of law and inscribed at the fundamental rights laws and Constitution, some of the hermeneutic possibilities of that subject are discussed at this article, especially from the point of view of the debates about the humanization of justice and legitimation ethics of the processes of intervention in society carried out under legal procedures, which are also implicated by the critical aspect that questions and problematizes humanism. The justiceship ethics, by virtue of its principles, are directly involved in the debate, especially by the Bangalore Principles. It is a bibliographical research, theoretical and interpretive.
