Abstract

The respective study identifies what is the value of work for engineers from Baby Boomers, X and Y generation. The data collected via interviews were submitted to further assessment and the results show that for these engineers the value of work is related to the following categories: routine and opportunities, compensation, pace/workload, results and recognition.
