Education and human rights: a reflection from the school

This article aims to reflect on the topic of the right to education from the perspective of the human rights. It is a qualitative study, based on bibliographic review, with the hermeneutical analysis of the data. The study evidenced that the right to education needs to be understood and actualized in the light of other the human rights. In addition, the school can assist in the education of the new generations on the bias of respect and of the exercise of the human rights by education for dialogue, solidarity and democracy.Downloads
