Abstract

This research had the objective of following and problematizing how the autonomy processes are thought and constructed in the Psychossocial Care Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs (CAPS AD III) of a town in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. Through this study, which had the method of cartography, some “clues” have been raised about the issue of autonomy in the daily life of CAPS AD III. We highlight the hospitalizations, the co-management of a therapeutic workshop and the work processes within the service.
