Abstract

Strategic Planning (PE) of La Salle College Lucas do Rio Verde/MT is a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) adaptation to the higher education institutions (HEI) developed for companies, in order to ensure its sustainability and achieving the indicators proposed by the Ministry of Education by the National Higher Education Evaluation System (SINAES). Since 2009, the Management Group, made up coordination of academic and administrative sectors was responsible for the study PE procedures, implementation and monitoring. From the analysis of (IES) Internal and External Scenarios and SWOT Matrix elements we prospected Objectives, Strategic Projects/Actions, indicators and their targets, aligned with the criteria required by SINAES. Here we present the PE performance results for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014. The PE monitoring and periodic analysis provided better knowledge and systemic and integrated vision of academic and administrative actions and showed higher confidence, consistency and loyalty to achieve the mission and vision of the College. The results show that over the three years there was an increase of the goals achieved in general, provided by the three goals improvement.
