This study, of a bibliographical nature, aimed to investigate the primary research carried out at the national level that addressed the relationship between children, digital games and children's subjectivity. The methodology was the systematic mapping of the literature based on Dermeval, Coelho and Bittencourt (2022). The research was carried out in the BDTD, CAPES, SCIELO and ANPEd databases using two descriptors — 1) children AND digital games AND subjectivation and 2) children AND digital games —. The time frame was from 2017 to 2022. From the application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria to the titles and abstracts of the works located in the databases, 38 works were selected to compose the research corpus. The analyzes pointed out that the research is directed towards educational games to the detriment of entertainment games, dealing with: 1) Production and testing of games with children; 2) Use of games to develop cognitive skills in education; 3) Use of games related to the health area and 4) Use of games and the connection with some aspects of children's identity. Furthermore, children's subjectivity in games did not appear directly in any research, demonstrating that this is a topic that is little, or still unexplored, in Brazilian scientific studies. Keywords: Secondary study; Children; Digital games; Subjectivation.
