Abstract

The objective of this article is to identify what has been discussed in the area of teacher training for programs in administration in all the editions of the Encontro de Ensino e PesquisaemAdministração e Contabilidade (EnEPQ, “Meeting on Teaching and Research in Administration and Accounting”) of the Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e PesquisaemAdministração (Anpad, “National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration”). To this end, we carried out a bibliographic study on the 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015 editions, using the keyword “Teacher Training”, of which ten articles, out of a total of 525, allowed us to create three categories for analysis. As a result, we observed a concentration in the category “Teaching Internship” present in four studies, with three of them from the last edition, in 2015, which may represent a tendency in teacher training for the field of administration in this event. The category “Workshops” addresses the discussion of teacher training based on the proposal of a professional development plan. Finally, the category “Graduate Studies: StrictoSensu”, refers to preparing researchers in these programs and the student expectations in becoming teachers.
