Gestão de escolas confessionais católicas frente à nova lei da Filantropia

Resumo

O ensino confessional católico, desde os primórdios do país, abriu caminhos e concretizou seus projetos educacionais de forma participativa e competente. Sempre buscou oferecer uma educação humana de qualidade e se empenhou em produzir novos conhecimentos e serviços, que colaboraram para o desenvolvimento econômico, cultural e social de toda a sociedade brasileira. Atualmente, tendo a plena convicção que o acesso à educação é condição essencial para que o ser humano tenha possibilidade de conquistar uma vida digna, a escola confessional católica, quer ser uma aliada do Estado, colaborando na educação do povo brasileiro, em especial dos menos favorecidos. Esse seu compromisso com a sociedade leva a atentar às normas que regulam seu modelo de escola, ou seja, estar ciente e comprometida com as regulamentações vigentes na Constituição Federal e na nova Lei da Filantropia nº. 12.101. É esta legislação que regulamenta e ampara as escolas confessionais na sua ação social de gratuitamente oferecer educação para um grande contingente da população. Compete aos gestores e demais colaboradores da escola confessional católica conduzir as ações filantrópicas com competência e de acordo com as normas legais, para assim estarem colaborando na erradicação das necessidades do povo brasileiro e elevação de sua qualidade de vida.

Management of catholic denominatinal schools  facing the new Law of Philanthropy

Abstract

Catholic religious education since the beginning of the country, paved the way and realized their educational projects in a participatory and responsible form. Always sought to offer an education of quality and human endeavors to produce new knowledge and services that contributed to the economic, cultural and social development across Brazilian society. Currently, with the full conviction that access to education is a prerequisite for the human to have the opportunity to earn a dignified life, the catholic confessional school, wants to be an ally of the State, collaborating in the education of the brazilian people, especially the least favored. This commitment with the society, leads to prejudice the rules that govern it school model, or to be aware and committed to the current regulations in the Federal Constitution and the new Law of Philanthropy nº. 12.101. It is this legislation that regulates and sustains faith schools in their social action to provide free education to a large contingent of the population. It is the responsibility managers and other employees of the catholic confessional school, to conduct with competence of the within the rules of law, thus they are helping to eradicate the needs of the Brazilian people and increase their quality of life.
