EDUCAÇÃO E DESAFIOS QUE AFETAM O ENVOLVIMENTO DE JOVENS SUBURBANOS NO EMPREGO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM HULU TERENGGANU, TERENGGANU, MALÁSIA

Resumo

A educação para o emprego dos jovens é um desafio global. Este estudo investiga a intrincada educação sobre o desemprego juvenil nas áreas suburbanas de Terengganu. O estudo visa analisar de forma abrangente os factores subjacentes que contribuem para este fenómeno, explorando as dinâmicas socioeconómicas que moldam o cenário de emprego dos jovens nas regiões suburbanas. Através de uma lente acadêmica, este estudo examina as educações multifacetadas e os desafios que afetam o envolvimento dos jovens suburbanos no emprego, incluindo fatores pessoais, influência familiar e influência ambiental. O estudo empregou uma abordagem qualitativa, que envolveu dez informantes de jovens em Hulu Terengganu, Terengganu, Malásia. Com base na literatura existente e em dados estatísticos, o estudo propõe estratégias e intervenções potenciais para mitigar o desemprego juvenil suburbano, promovendo o crescimento económico sustentável e o desenvolvimento inclusivo.
