Children and adolescents in situation of student dropouts: Challenges and limits of the guarantee of the right to education

This paper presents a recent change in the social assistance network of care and protection to children and adolescents living on school dropout, pursuant to Resolution No. 109/2009 of the National Council of Social Service (CNAS), which typifies the social assistance services to be offered by the Unified Social assistance. From the deployment of these services, urges an interdisciplinary look between educational policy and welfare policy that requires a coordinated intervention of different institutions. In this general context, the paper seeks to discuss the management of FICAI from the contemporary age and social transformations.Downloads
