Abstract

This paper presents a recent change in the social assistance network of care and protection to children and adolescents living on school dropout, pursuant to Resolution No. 109/2009 of the National Council of Social Service (CNAS), which typifies the social assistance services to be offered by the Uni­fied Social assistance. From the deployment of these services, urges an interdisciplinary look between ed­ucational policy and welfare policy that requires a coordinated intervention of different institutions. In this general context, the paper seeks to discuss the management of FICAI from the contemporary age and social transformations.
