A proposta deste ensaio é a formação docente na perspectiva do acadêmico do curso de Educação Física, buscando um novo olhar sobre esta realidade que é acrescentar ao debate a perspectiva do acadêmico. Entender como o mesmo percebe seu processo de formação. Toda curiosidade nasce de uma relação direta com um fenômeno. Pensamos então, quais as aprendizagens realmente significativas e relevantes para a formação e atuação desse futuro profissional na realidade escolar para lidar com todo esse contexto de diversidades.

Abstract: The proposal of this essay is teacher training under the perspective of the physical education undergraduate student, searching for a new look at this reality adding to the debate the perspective of the student, attempting to understand how this training process is understood by the student. Curiosity stems from a direct relationship with a phenomenon. It is important to identify which learning processes are really important and relevant to the training and perfomance of this future Professional in the school reality to deal with all this context of diversity.
