Objetiva-se apresentar a ideia da delinquência juvenil como o não-lugar preconizado por Marc-Augé. As práticas educativas implementadas pela Polícia Civil, através do DECA (Departamento Estadual da Criança e do Adolescente) por via da 1ª DPAI (Primeira Delegacia de Polícia para o Adolescente Infrator), merecem destaque no reforço do não-lugar da criminalidade. Esta abordagem estrutura-se nos seguintes pontos: 1. A identidade do menor infrator no “não-lugar”. 2. Delinquência juvenil e “não-lugar”. 3. Ações educativas na Polícia Civil na apreensão de menores infratores como reforço de “não-lugares”.

Abstract: Aims to present the idea of juvenile delinquency as non-place recommended by Marc-Augé. The educational practices implemented by the Civil Police through the DECA (State Department of Children and Adolescents) by the 1st DPAI (First Police Station for the Adolescent Offender) worth highlighting in strengthening the non-place of the crime. This approach is structured in the following points: 1. The identity of the juvenile offender in the "non-place". 2. Juvenile delinquency and "non-place". 3. Educational activities in the Civil Police in the apprehension of juvenile offendersas a reinforcement of "non-places."
