Organizational identity and organizational culture: the process of identification of business administration students in graduate programs in public and private institutions

Since the culture expresses, affects and, also establishes an identity, appears the relationship between the identity and culture. Thereby, the main objective of this work is to analyze how is the process of identification of business administration students of graduate programs, from the aspects of identity and culture of these programs. Thus, through interviews with students of four programs, can be seen that, on the observation of the cases studied, the contextual and historical aspects have impact on how the graduate program is seen by the students, it can also be verified, what are the main elements that become object identification by the surveyed students and the occupation that students have and also the reasons that led them to join a graduate program in business administration are initial issues for understanding the identification process, it also involves aspects related to the time spent in the institution.
