Pesquisa e ensino na formação inicial: reflexões a partir de uma prática de socialização das produções acadêmicas cotidianas.

Este texto propõe realizar o resgate de uma experiência na formação inicial de professores com estudantes do curso de Pedagogia do Centro Universitário La Salle (Unilasalle/Canoas). Para tanto, apresenta-se o histórico da experiência, as ideias e objetivos que a motivaram. Em seguida, procura-se desvelar os efeitos no cotidiano do trabalho docente universitário. Por último, busca-se apontar alguns elementos extraídos da experiência vivida com o intuito de se pensar o processo de formação de educadores por dentro das ações docentes que ocorrem nas práticas cotidianas.

ABSTRACT: This text intends to recover an experience with students at teachers training level in the Pedagogy Course at Centro Universitário La Salle (Unilasalle/Canoas). It presents the history of the experience, the ideas and goals that motivated the creation, followed by the revealing of the effects in daily university teaching work. Finally, the intention is to present some elements extracted from the experience with the purpose of thinking the teachers training process on the inside of teaching actions that take place in daily practices.
