The objective of this paper is to theorize about the meaning of the multiple languages and the communicative abilities, based on Howard Gardner, Roman Jakobson, Luis Carlos Cagliari, as well as on the PCNs (National Curriculum Parameters). This paper also presents the results collected from questionnaires and interviews with foreign language students and teachers, especially of English in Basic Education and of Spanish in High School.Downloads
