Abstract

The world is facing an unknown disease with shocking burdens and serious consequences that affect health and the normal parameters of Peruvian education in totality in order to transform them into others. The objective of the study seeks to analyze the narratives on education and pandemic in teachers of the High Performance College (COAR) during 2020, since all of them coexist with the challenges involved in a remote education in contexts explained at the beginning of this section. The methodology is framed in qualitative-hermeneutic research, with techniques such as in-depth interviews and focus groups, under the participation of ten full-time professors dedicated to the institution. The expected results are aimed at showing a complete picture of how COAR Puno teachers perceive education in times of pandemic and what alternatives are being tested within that dynamic. In conclusion, most of these actors maintain the hope that every turbulent moment has an end and that changes on the planet, even more so in the educational sphere, are necessary for the establishment of better public policies in favor of Peruvian education.
