Atividades complementares online no curso de direito

Abstract

Este artigo versa sobre realização de atividades complementares, em ambiente virtual, no sentido de contribuir para efetiva formação do futuro profissional na área jurídica. Limita-se a carga horária de atividades complementares em Curso de Direito, mas não há limitação percentual para respectiva oferta online. Cabe considerar a natureza das atividades complementares, para fins de distribuir a carga horária no ambiente virtual ou presencial, visando otimizar a consecução das finalidades do referido componente curricular. A realização de atividades complementares online propicia maior produtividade na aprendizagem e, consequentemente, preparação do futuro profissional de Direito com perfil desejável conforme diretrizes curriculares e expectativa individual e social.

Online complementary activities in the law school

Abstract

This article is about virtual complementary activities, as a way of contribution to the effective formation of future legal professionals. The workload of complementary activities in Law School is limited, but it isn’t restricted the percentage to online offer. It is also important to consider the nature of complementary activities, for purposes of distribution of workload, virtually or at the classroom, aiming to optimize the purposes of curricular component. The fulfillment of online complementary activities entails higher productivity in learning and, consequently, in prepparing the future law professional with a desirable profile such as curriculum guidelines and individual and social expectations.
