Education as training integral. A humanizing approach

While social phenomenon Education has impacted strongly on the development of mankind, though not always this impact has been of benefit to the population. Currently Education Systems in Latin America have been subjected to a process of reforms that have occasionally met the needs of society. In this sense, the content of this essay discusses the changes proposed in the Educational System for Basic Education Mexico analyzing the proposed changes to the Education Amendments of 2004, 2009 and 2011. He also produced a contrast between the official proposal and approaches novel Sergio Ruiz Tobon Tobon and Magalis Ruiz Iglesias from the perspective of a competency-based education for comprehensive training. The work is part of a socio-political context and the demands of society, of teachers by educational training that covers also certain procedural and cognitive aspect and the related job training and ethics.
