This study investigates the language in a work situation, proposing to observe the gender class with the actions that govern it. Based on this, we will seek to answer the following question: how does the genre of teacher’s learner activity is characterized? For this, the class genre will be characterized by relying on reflections about speech genres and activity gender. From the theoretical and methodological device of Bakhtin, the ergology with Schwartz, the Work Psychology with Clot we will analyze statements produced in class excerpts and speeches produced in simple self-confrontation and cross. We conclude that the teacher’s learner is endowed with qualities and curiosities that make possible a reflective space, different from that one built towards professionals who exercise this profession for a long time. These actions can be better understood considering that there is, in the learner, the need to learn to teach and teach to learn.
