This paper aims to analyze the role of Educational Guidance in articulating a student support network in a public municipal school of Porto Alegre. This is a case study, which takes the Systemic Thinking of Maturana, Varela and Davila as its theoretical framework. The analysis points to the role of Educational Guidance as an articulation sector with the other social areas that make up the student support network. In this way, the importance of collaborative work is highlighted as a way to face the challenges of everyday school life, in addition to being noticeable that the enhancement of the listening space to welcome the other in the face of differences constitutes a relationship that should be loving and respectful, in order to establish a learning process for all through coexistence. Finally, it should be noted that the micro-network space contributes to giving the student existence as a social subject.
