O objetivo principal deste artigo é realizar uma análise descritiva da prática científica como apresentada in fieri no movimento Science Studies e elucidar sua relação com a política. A primeira seção servirá para localizar o problema Science Studies e apresentar uma configuração tanto filosófica quanto histórica, à luz de Thomas Kuhn. A segunda e a terceira seções tratarão de explicitar as questões referentes aos aspectos políticos e interdisciplinares da ciência, respectivamente. Esta análise descritiva é representativa, embora não exaustiva. A conclusão será uma descrição da política na ciência.

Roots of sciences studies: polics and interdisciplinarity in the constitution of movement
Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to perform a descriptive analysis of the scientific practice as presented in fieri in the Science Studies movement and its relation to politics. The first section will serve to locate the Science Studies issue, and present a configuration that is both philosophic and historic based on Thomas Kuhn’s view. The second and third sections will elucidate the political and interdisciplinary aspects of the science, respectively. This descriptive analysis is representative, although not exhaustive. The conclusion will be a description of politics in science.
